The MIBS Travel Ukraine is a representative of the Greek-Cyprian tour operator. M.I.B.S.Travel Ukraine is a tour operator that specializes on Incoming and Outbound tourism. It works in the Ukrainian market from 1994. Our partners are from more than 50 countries from all over the world.

The services of the M.I.B.S. Travel include:

-language courses abroad (language courses in Great Britain, France, Malta)

-booking, sale and delivery of the air tickets (international and domestic flights)

-hotels, apartments, transfers, excursions in Ukraine.

Also we offer the corporate services: arrangement of business services, conferences, seminars, trainings etc.

As an Outgoing Tour operator the M.I.B.S.Travel Ukraine offers to its clients the wide range of travel services:

From January 2001 the M.I.B.S.Travel is an official ticket agency and a Member of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games Official Hospitality & Accommodation Network.

Our Foreign Tourists' Incoming Department specializes on the organization of receiving of foreign tourists in Ukraine.

We offer all the spectrum of classical services:

- Receiving of groups,

- Receiving of business-tourists,

- Receiving of individual tourists,

- Conferences and seminars,

- Excursions,

- Typical Ukrainian restaurants,

- Transfers,

- Guides,

- Museums, exhibitions etc.

- Medical Tours (treatment in Ukraine, Dental Tours)

Also we offer an exclusive program on gambling tourism, developed in collaboration with the best casinos of Ukraine.

Incoming department

ACCOMMODATION

· All prices are given per room per night;

· All taxes included;

· Check-in / out time at hotels is NOON if other time not mentioned in confirmation;

· Late arrival is to be mentioned in the request, at 6 p.m. on the day of check-in hotel cancels booking automatically if not informed about late arrival in advance;

· Early check-in is available upon request, supplement for early check-in befog 7 a.m. - 100% cost of 1 night, after 7 a.m. – 50% cost of 1 night;

· Late check-out is available upon request, supplement for late check-out (not later than 6 p.m ) is 50% cost of 1 night;

· Additional breakfast at hotel is available upon request;

· Hotels not included in the list can be booked upon request;

CANCELLATION POLICY

INDIVIDUALS:

· 3 bank days and less prior to the date of check-in or NO SHOW – 100% cost of 1st night;

TRANSPORT & EXCURSION SERVICE:]

· 1 day prior to the date of arrival or NOW SHOW - 100% cost of service;

Tours:

· 7 - 2 bank days prior to the date when services start - 50% cost of tour;

· 1 day or NO SHOW - 100% cost of tour;

All prices are given in EURO. All prices can be changed during the year.

They are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
